Jan (Yon) Redmond is a highly accomplished Director of Digital HR Transportation Intelligence Guide at PwC with over 30 years of experience in enterprise HR/HCM transformation. With a background in football, he brings a committed and passionate approach to his work, managing teams, sales pursuits, hiring, and coaching team members. He has held a variety of roles in HCM transformation, including sales, executive solutions engineering, presales, and practice leadership. Jan's mission and passion for over twenty years has been to build and create a business transformation practice. He has extensive management experience, having led teams of up to 68 people globally, with revenue attainment quotas up to $23m for teams and $5m for individuals. He has worked with a wide range of companies of varying sizes and complexities, from 150 to 350k employees, and supported a full array of industries. Jan's salient strength is his ability to have surface level or in-depth conversations with C-suite, VP, IT, or line of business people to address how they can organizationally transform from a current state to a desired state or HCM nirvana. Having a trusted adviser conversation with potentially each level, or a combination, has afforded him the success to walk alongside his clients/prospects to absorb the full impact of enterprise change, emerging technologies (e.g. BI, block chain, AI, machine learning, process efficiency, design thinking, stakeholder alignment, etc.) and/or hire to retire process improvement. Before joining PwC, Jan held senior positions at Cognizant, where he was the Senior Director - Americas SAP SuccessFactors Practice Lead. He led the HR digital transformation for Canada, USA, and Mexico, focusing on enterprises that reside at an inflection point on how and when to impact how their workforce works smarter, faster, easier and digitally in order to transform them from a current state of HR transactions driven focus to people engagement, people empowerment – driving the people experience to excel people beyond expectation. Jan holds a BS in Business & Computer Science from William Jewell College. He is also a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AI and ML.
